Most founders and leaders step into their roles because they were great at their craft, often making the transition into leadership without formal training or guidance along the way.
They often find themselves without the time, skills or leadership strength from within the team to continue growing the business and they eventually hit a ceiling.
It might seem counterintuitive, giving more time to your team when you already feel time poor, but when you shift the focus onto growing your people, your own capacity grows with it and results in all areas will naturally follow. This growth begins with you, and then flows out to the rest of your team, creating space for you to do the work that keeps the business moving forward.
With over 15 years developing leaders and teams across business, education, church, and the voluntary sector, I've seen again and again that when you give people the right vision and support, they'll rise to meet it. That's true whether you're leading your first hire or a growing team.

How I Work

1:1 coaching and mentoring to build capacity and confidence in your own leadership
Bespoke group training, talent spotting and coaching to grow the team, close gaps, and strengthen the group as a whole
